Nexus Alliance worked on the Idama-Jokka Integrated Field Development Study with two main goals: first, to find the best way to develop Non-Associated Gas (NAG) resources, and second, to stop gas flaring by capturing the associated gas produced. They also sought to boost oil production from developed and undeveloped oil reservoirs.
1st objective:
Identify the most profitable option to develop the Non-Associated Gas (NAG) resources and to stop gas flaring by gathering the associated gas produced.
2nd objective:
Identify opportunities to increase oil production from the developed and the undeveloped oil reservoirs.
Key Deliverables
– Gather Field data.
– Subsurface evaluation of Hydrocarbon resource volumes
– Reservoir modelling
– Propose a development plan for virgin reservoirs.
– Develop a cost and project plan.
– Develop a facility engineering concept.
– Develop a Decommissioning strategy and plan
